They bleed you dry with hidden fees and don’t want to give you your money back. Binance pushed the problem onto Coinbase. I lost $1k.Probably is more Coinbase problem – the trade was labelled ‘successful’ but hard to believe the money was lost and the trade cannot be reversed. Ridiculous restrictions while withdrawing. These guys are worthless/useless how can they do business with such a pathetic attitude. They are not allowing my cash withrawals as well.

Companies on Trustpilot aren’t allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews. 2 months of waiting and still no business verification. I spent hours filling out their endless form and, despite contacting support twice, all I got was vague responses like “the internal department is handling it.” This process has been a complete waste of time and money. Binance has been my go-to for trading and managing crypto.

I checked your Exchange for staking ONT tokens and it said 19.6% APY. The hurdle i needed to go over was the 24 days bonding period and then I found out that the rewards period is set to monthly. So as I am waiting for the process to finally begin giving rewards, the APY rate on you site changed to 4.6%.

Every question I had was answered quickly, and I always felt supported along the way. Binance doesnt offer any supportI am trying to get my crypto from Binance to Coinmerce, because they were migrating to Coinmerce.It has been nearly 5 months and counting. Still no crypto, still no help, stil no progress.Binance and Coinmerce are still ‘looking for a solution’. No way to get verified as an H1B foreign national. They do not accept a valid US Driving Licence as it says “Limited-Term” and they do not accept I-797 which is a valid work authorization document.

Which according to them is legal…. Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
I uploaded my ID live, did the face scan, and still—nothing. My account remained locked.Then, they had the audacity to ask me to record a video of myself holding my ID, reciting some ridiculous script, and send it via email. This is beyond frustrating.Avoid this company at all costs. My money and savings are now inaccessible, and they refuse to help. It’s as if they know there’s a problem with withdrawing funds that have been cleared, but won’t release them until you send them an email.
No Customer service at all
It is already more than 72 hours of my crypto purchase. I converted crypto to cash and they are not allowing the withdrawal. Does these people have any common-sense or not ?. I also converted back the cash to crypto and still not allowing the withdrawal. This Website is set up to steal from the people, by not notifying you of cancellation of coins and still charging you a huge fee to transfer to that coin where you can not withdraw any money. I appreciated how responsive the team at 𝘍𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘦 was.
- Binance US wants you to deposit the money, they want to charge you for every transaction and when you want your money back then you cant have it because hey have to “verify” something?
- I contacted the support team they said we haven’t received any transaction on your ETH address.
- When this saga is eventually resolved, I will close the account for ever.
- Binance.US is the compliant app/company for tax reporting in the US.
- I can only feel sorry for all the people that get suspended and need to provide tons of evidence/proof to keep someone at “compliance” happy.
Binance has solved a lot of issues for me in relation to crypto dealings. It is the main platform I use for p2p transactions. Although I have one restriction on my account. The benefits outweigh the downsides for me. My account withdrawal has been suspended for over 9 months now when I did nothing wrong. Everytime I complained to support, they gave me an excuse saying they will get back to me but never do.
Their advertising links with Binance.com. They are sister companies but do not offer the same product. I tried subscribing to Binance.com but it directed me to Binance.us. I assumed that they sold the same product and made a deposit incurring a fee. When I tried buying the crypto I wanted they did not offer it it would not refund my entire deposit even though they know they have misleading advertising. I would highly recommend using crypto.com over them.

If you’re thinking about trusting this company, don’t. They clearly don’t care once they have your money. Not your keys not your wallet, this goes for any exchange but Binance really has no right to even exist, this “company” is shady and is registered in the Seychelles, that’s right. An offshore company that doesn’t pay taxes and has their own rules which they interpret as they please. They requested confidential information about transactions which I refused to provide and subsequently my account was suspended and closed.
